More Turino

We have been to the Egyptian Museum. It has the biggest collection of Egyptian artifacts outside of Cairo. Some of the mummies are over 4000 years old. 

We found a place called Eataly. (on the wet and cold bus tour) It is a big supermarket with everything for the Italian gourmet. John was in his element. Food (fish, pasta, gelato, meat, fruit and veg, cheese) beer and wine in great abundance + eight restaurants. We just wanted fish and chips for lunch but ended up with fish/prawn kebabs and calamari. Oh well!! It was yummy anyway.

 You can pour your own wine from the keg.

 John was most impressed....Amy not so!!

We went to one of the Savoy palaces yesterday. They were the local royal family of yesteryear. Very grand.....and it was only their weekender. John worked out how to panoramic photos.
